What to include
Please include the title or address of the relevant guide and a brief explanation of the issue. If an opening time, fare or booking condition has changed, a link to the provider’s current notice helps us check it. We do not guarantee a response within a particular number of hours.
Do not send passport numbers, payment-card details, identity documents or unredacted booking confirmations. Remove other people’s personal information from attachments before sending them.
How we handle enquiries
We use your email and any information you choose to provide to respond to the enquiry or review the correction. Enquiry emails and related attachments under the operator’s control are deleted within three months after the enquiry is resolved. This is an operating rule, not a claim that automatic email deletion has been configured.
